Atlantic Seafood Festival
Every August, the Atlantic Seafood Festival celebrates the culinary
excellence of seafood; the tasty food and wine are the central
part of the event, but other entertainment is on hand to keep
everyone in the whole family happy.
Events include oyster-shucking contests, free cooking demos,
street party, wine and seafood tasting, cocktail-making competitions,
seafood Olympics, music and various children's events. A host
of celebrity chefs are featured.
The annual Atlantic Seafood Festival will be held in various
locations throughout Moncton, including City Hall, Global Festival
Place and the Delta

comedians to participate in a multi-day comedic festival in
the spring.

Hill Flea Market
The Magnetic Hill Flea Market has been happening annually in
July since 1998. When you come to the market, you’ll see
a wide variety of treasures.

Northrop
Frye Literary Festival
A bilingual literary celebration in honor of world renowned
literary critic and son Northrop Frye. This celebration attracts
authors from around the world and takes place in the month of
April.

Wine and Food Exposition
The largest event of its kind in eastern Canada and takes place
every November. Events at the Festival include wine tasting,
celebrity chef demonstrations, cooking classes, presentations
from renowned sommeliers and food sampling.
